This is an outdoor install Rinnai propane tankless water heater. This unit is primary install outside to vent gas from burning propane. I have talk to people who are currently using this heater iinside their home. They manage the use in a close room with an ehaust fan. They never run it for long periods of time . Usualyl only for short showers and turned off. They install with CO monitor and has not gone off. The unit is brand new in box
