Looking for a job that gets you outside, lets you share your love of nature, and surrounds you with mountains, wildlife, rivers, and glaciers? Join the Rainbow Glacier Adventures team in Haines for the 2026 season!

We’re hiring Naturalist Guides and Rafting/Naturalist Guides to lead small-group educational and adventure tours. You’ll teach guests about Southeast Alaska’s rich cultural heritage and natural wonders — from glaciers, rivers, salmon, eagles and bears!

Rafting guides will lead scenic float trips through the Chilkat Bald Eagle Preserve.

What we’re looking for:

– Passion for nature & storytelling

– Safe, friendly driver with a valid U.S. license

– First Aid/CPR certified (or willing to obtain)

– WFR & Swift Water Rescue preferred for rafting guides (or willing to obtain)
