Long-time year round resident looking for long term housing.  Have plenty of good local references and excellent rental history.  Am highly skilled able to take care of any property by myself.  Ideally would like to move into something I could buy someday and call permanent home.  Private setting, stand alone cabin or home in woods is ideal.  Am very respectful, clean and responsible, rent is first thing I pay every month.
