I’m looking for 2 other items that may already be available in Haines: a CD player that still works whether it’s on its own or in a machine with a radio and cassette tape player and that’s reasonably portable, (I’ve used up 2 of these, one I bought a long time ago, another that someone was ready to move along, is there another around?)
The other is an HP machine that I can use mostly for making copies. I’m looking for something that’s of a smaller size, I don’t want anything large with all the bells and whistles. I’m looking for something wired, not wireless. If it has quirks like needing to be fed one page at a time that’s fine as long as it can Easily be fed one page at a time. There’s a million used HP copy/scan/printers on eBay and I will buy one but since choosing one of these is a challenge for me, I thought it would be worth asking here.
I’m realizing another brand could be fine, since I’m primarily looking to make copies. A smaller sized unit is still important. I’ve had 2 of these also : 0 )/ : 0 (, one was really big and eventually did not print well, another machine that I never got the knack of how to feed it a paper. A guy who’s magic with printers even said no good, get rid of this thing. It’s waiting for next year’s electronic recycling.
