This is an outdoor install Rinnai propane tankless water heater. Though this unit is primary to be nstall outside to vent gas from burning propane. I have talk to people who are currently using the heat inside. They manage the use in a close room with an ehaust fan. They never run it for long periods of time . Usualyl only for short showers and turned off.
